We take a lease-up charge to cover the cost of marketing channel setup, lock boxes, showing trips and so forth. The general fee is 80% of the first month rent.
Management cost
During the lease, we will charge a certain percentage of monthly rent as a management fee, which may vary subject to the size, location and condition of the house. The typical management fee is 7% of the monthly rent.
Repair cost
Absolutely no hidden cost. UPM will conduct an assessment when tenant submit any maintenance request. We will ask for contractor bid if repairs are needed and pass through their bid to you. Zero percent fees will be added from our side!
