Proposal

You request a proposal for your home.

Agreement

Your rental expert prepares a management agreement with detailed market analysis and leasing strategy.

Sign

You review the agreement and associated fees. When you’re ready to sign, your property management starts from here.

Schedule

UPM schedules your free home assessment. If any make-ready repairs are needed, we can do that work and simply deduct the cost when you start receiving rents. No upfront fee is required from you.

Tenant

UPM lists your rental home to multiple channels, schedule showings, screen applicants and negotiate lease until a good quality tenant is landed.

Payment

You get paid monthly in a timely fashion and receive monthly/annual report to monitor property performance.

Our lease specialist will schedule showings and send you more information about the property.

Application

You visit the property. Once you fall in love with it, UPM will guide you through the application process.

Agreement

UPM receives your application package and starts screening, negotiating and finally reaching a lease agreement with you.

Walk-through

Before your move-in date, you walk through the property with UPM property manager. If there any repair needed, it will be done before the move-in date.

Move In

UPM delivers the move-ready home and starts the day-to-day management service.
